Shipping Information

Handmade Items

Handmade items are made to order. This makes them unique, so they may vary from the photo shown. Most items are shipped within 3-7 business days. Manufacturing time be a bit longer during holidays.

Most items are shipped via USPS and after an item is shipped, Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 days. All items are shipped with tracking so that you may keep up to date with the progress of your shipment. If you are having issues with a shipment, please contact us.

All Other Products

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. It takes approximately 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 6-8 business days for your order to arrive.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Note: Promotional items such as a free product may take up to 30 days to arrive as they're being shipped from our overseas facility.

Returns

Handmade Items

As all handmade items are made to order, returns are not accepted. In the case of a product defect or incorrect item we will replace the item as it was ordered at no charge. Photos of the issue may be required, which can be sent to customerservice@lealaa.com.

All Other Products

We only accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the purchase date. Shipping costs will be covered by customer. Items returned must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and sale items.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Contact us at customerservice@lealaa.com for the return address.

All returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
